The Investor Onboarding platform digitizes and streamlines the collection and creation of questionnaires, subscriptions, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Client (KYC), and tax documents for both institutional and retail investors during fund and legal entity onboarding processes.

<span/>S&P Global has launched Investor Onboarding, the industry's first customizable digital onboarding platform that enables firms of any size to automate, integrate, and centralize onboarding and compliance obligations, thus simplifying and improving the investor experience.

<span/>Investor Onboarding improves the investor experience by requiring them to enter their information once, then using that information to pre-fill multiple questionnaires, including subscription agreements, KYC data, tax forms, and forms specific to their location.

Our user-friendly investor portall digitizes the process of collecting and validating investor information and accepts electronic signatures, and enables investors to manage their subscriptions and add third-party assistance for completing required documentation.

Customers can customize Investor Onboarding according to their brand standards, onboarding requirements, approval processes, and investor preferences. We offer APIs that enable the sharing of investor data with any CRM, due diligence, compliance monitoring software, and approved third parties.

We also collect and store investor data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other security regulations. We automate the collection and validation of US IRS tax forms, Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI), and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) tax residency forms by integrating with S&P Global Tax Solutions product.
