Eddystone Financial Services selects IHS Markit for loan agency workflow automation
Eddystone Financial Services, an independent Facility Agent and Security Trustee service provider in Australia and New Zealand, has selected IHS Markit's WSO Agent Software and Debtdomain to support its business operations. As the local private debt market continues to expand, Eddystone was seeking a solution to help it efficiently scale its loan agency capabilities.
The WSO and Debtdomain platforms are scalable, cloud-based solutions that will enable Eddystone to provide its borrowers and lenders with a more efficient and streamlined service to facilitate the administration of syndicated loans, direct lending, and other structured deals from origination throughout the lifecycle of the assets. The combined offering will provide an integrated platform to support Eddystone's business including financial monitoring, secure document distribution, transaction processing, notice generation, and cash management.
Barnaby Webb, Managing Director at Eddystone, said, "We chose IHS Markit's Loan Agency Solutions to achieve a broad range of automation, accuracy and efficiencies for our operations. We recognize the value of technology systems that are robust, fit for purpose, and at the forefront of developments in the global loan markets, and we wanted to partner with a leader that could help us quickly scale and deliver a first-class experience for our clients."
Elina Gokh, Managing Director and Global Head of Credit Solutions at IHS Markit, said, "Australia's private debt market is one of the fastest growing alternative asset classes globally. We are excited to build a long-term partnership with Eddystone and expand our footprint in the region. Our unique combination of solutions removes barriers for growing firms like Eddystone by providing flexible deployment options for businesses of any size."
