Mr. Savinsky is focused primarily on the onshore services and materials sectors particularly proppant and pressure pumping, providing insight into several onshore markets' supply & demand fundamentals, trends, costs, technologies, and forecasts.  He has 14 years of combined onshore upstream experience assuming market research, progressive supply chain, and project management roles. Prior to joining S&P Global, he spent roughly seven years on the oilfield services segment of the industry, working for Schlumberger assuming many roles including production control, logistics & inventory management, project management, and other various supply chain positions.  At the tail end of his OFS tenure he attended and completed the MBA program from The Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston, which segued the advancement of his career to the upstream segment of the industry, working for Oasis Petroleum.  He spent roughly four years in different supply chain, operations support, and market research roles for Oasis, after which he then expanded his career as an analyst for a company called ARM Energy for an additional year and a half before coming to S&P Global. Mr. Savisky is based in Houston Texas, and holds a BBA from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a MBA from the Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston, both United States.
